Homeless Mike in this portrait is not really homeless any more, I might add that straight away. A lot of people always ask about this man every time I post this painting somewhere.

In any case, the sketch for this painting was horrible and made very quickly. Later, when I started to pain I totally forgot to save progress images as often as I should have, so that’s the reason for the lack of them below. But I wanted to post the images I do have of this because it was both capturing to paint and his hand was among the biggest challenges I’ve bumped into so far with it’s veins and dirty skin.

So the gallery of images below is tiny, but it took a while to finish that painting nevertheless.
